Position:Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager with min of 7+ years of experience armoured vehicles/solutions sales and manufacturing and international business. Should demonstrate solid track record of achieved sales and business development targets within assigned vertical and market, maximising key business opportunities to drive and achieve all corporate revenue based targets. Record of success in technical consultative sales providing customer unique solutions complemented by exceptional project management, communication, leadership skills and ability to predict the market and consumer behaviour trends will be appreciated. Multi-lingual professional with international and conflict zones experience and cross-cultural skills will be given a preference.
Business Development roles that have included effective planning & monitoring, systems, sales and delivering against Strategic objectives over a period of ten to fifteen years with demonstrable senior management and leadership experience.
Qualification and Education:
Degree level or an equivalent professional qualification in a discipline related to Business Development or Management.
Professional and / or relevant vocational training in Leadership, Sales Force, Business Planning, Project Management and Business Resilience.
A full understanding of International standards based on armoured cars sales requirements, production processes and Sales Force, CRM, SAP, Excel, MS Outlook.
