As the new chassis arrive at a manufacturing facility the vehicle is fully inspected for any damage before it can proceed to production. All ballistic materials are verified for ballistic integrity, and third-party quality certification is required before the materials are accepted into the warehouse to be used in production.
Each vehicle is inspected at each of the designated production stages by qualified quality assurance inspectors. The inspection process throughout the production stage is documented.
Once the armoring process is complete, quality inspectors check the vehicles in a Post Production Inspection. It consists of an interior, exterior, and rigorous road test to confirm the vehicle is operating at optimal performance and ensure that there are no flaws or damages.
Before shipment, our quality control inspectors thoroughly inspect the vehicle to confirm the accuracy of the previous inspections.
